This machine is a single operator unit. This allows you to use your
manpower for other jobs while your rebar is being cut and bent. This
machine will pay for itself just in time and wages alone. This unit
has the capability of cutting and bending #4 and #5 bar at the rate
of 500 bends and cuts per hour. This unheard of speed will mean time
savings and cost effectiveness on all jobs, large, small, and will
also cut #6 bar.
Cutter/Bender
Low volume 110 unit
High volume 220 unit
Two different units are available depending on your needs. A 110
amp low volume unit for smaller jobs or if you demand a more
powerful unit a 220 amp unit is available as well. The 110 amp unit
is a Sealed Hydraulic System with a 2 1/2 gallon capacity. The 220
unit requires 4 1/2 gallons for more volume and faster speeds. High pressure
drip less and quick connect hydraulic couplers for power and
convenience.
